Can I create custom CI Types?

If you have a record type that does not logically fall under one of the out-of-box CI Types, then you can create it under the Collections CI Type. Do this by adding a new ‘Collection Type’ under Tools & Utils > Lookup Value Maintenance and then building a form in the Form Editor.
