
Asset Management Module
The Canfigure Asset Management Module provides functions for the life-cycle management of fixed assets and inventory. Assets are not limited to IT equipment, and can represent any Plant, Property or Equipment. Capture of all maintenance related data as well as financials is provided with the flexibility to further extend the database schema. Built-in Tickets and Actions are used to control the install, maintenance, transfer and decommission of assets.
Inventory can be tracked across multiple locations with stock on hand monitoring and reordering triggers.
New stock can be barcode scanned and easily onboarded with bulk tools.
Assets availability can be entered for booking against a calendar and assigned to customers or projects.
Build dashboards containing any asset metrics. Then drill-down to reveal customized details which can include any attributes of the asset including photos, financials, notes and more.
